Windows XP install part 4Step 4: To fully erase all of the data on the old partition, use the arrow keys to select the “Format the partition using the NTFS file system” option, and press the Enter key.
Before Setup begins the actual format process, it will confirm that you really want to erase everything. To continue, press the “F” key.
