Troubleshooting - Scan in your pictures
Scan in your pictures
Some inkjet all in one units can give problems when you scan in pictures. Sometimes, when you scan in images they might come out with a few marks on the picture, unlike the original. This can be a problem with older all in one units, but unfortunately, this can also happen on new all in one inkjet printers.
A quick solution to get round this small problem is to simply put a blank piece of white paper over the original image or photo. Scan the image again, and it should get rid of these marks that keep appearing. This isn’t a long term fix, but it can solve the problem and save messing about on support lines. If you really don’t have time to exchange a unit over a small problem like this, then this may be a quick solution for you.
