Save print paper in word documents

Save paper with word documents

Many people like to keep reference copies of important documents. If I am creating a project, I like to have a rough copy that I can refer to if need be.

An excellent way to do this is to use an application, such as Microsoft word to print a few pages on to one sheet.

Let’s say you have 4 pages as an example, you could print all these pages on to one sheet of paper. This would be a rough reference copy that wont waste much time or ink.

How do you do this?

Open the specified document in word. Select file/print, the same way you would normally print any document in word. A printer dialog box will appear, go down a little, and you should see number of pages per sheet. Have a look around until you see it. Select 4 pages, and then print. This will create your reference copy with 4 pages on only one sheet.
