What is PDA?
A pda is a small computer, which is similar to a pocket dictionary in size.
Known as the (personal data assistant) which is usually preferred by business people who can record their weekly schedules, and telephone numbers along with many other important data without any load of weight.
This device is normally around 5 ounce of weight, which is not too much to carry in the front pocket of your shirt. These devices come along with a tiny microprocessor with some sort of limited programs installed in it, which can neither be changed or be modified.
The amount of data stored in the palm computer is usually limited or, one can say it is limited.
Some PDA’s came along with touch screen functions, which are easier to operate. The special kind of pen provided with the device makes it easy to use the function without touching the screen.
These small computers are common today but people still use desktop computers. The reason is because of the size of data storage available in the desktop.
