Lexmark p707 printer review guide

Lexmark p707 printer review

Lexmark p707 printer review

The Lexmark p707 is another option for those of you on a tight budget. There is nothing spectacular about this printer. You get all the standard features, as you would expect with any DeskJet such as quality and outline adjustments.

This printer is very compact, which means you are going to save space. This can be important to some people, as with your monitor and all the various computer equipment, things can get messy. With a sleek design, this will not be a problem with this unit.

If you’re after a photo printer, then I suggest you stay away from this printer. A friend of mine printed some photos out and the quality was grim to say the least. On the other hand however, this printer managed text written project work beautifully.

There is one major drawback with this particular unit. The printer cannot do borderless printouts. This is not ideal if you are planning to print out photos. This was initially designed for photo printing so for me that is a major issue.

I was quite impressed by the print speed and would still recommend this printer as a budget printer. Personally I would go with the popular all in one Lexmark reviewed on my site. The xl500. For the same amount of cost, you get extra features, such as scanning and photocopying.

  • Conclusion

This printer is way behind the competition, however for a simple basic inkjet printer this printer may still be an option for you. Overall, this is an average printer at a low cost price.
