Keyboards and mice are easy to get as a set package today. There are options such as cordless keyboards. Optical mice have become the most popular today. They use a laser function instead of a mouse ball.

This means no cleaning of the mouse ball and you can use the mouse on any dark surface.

I would not use a mouse, which was not optical now.

You can normally buy keyboard and mice as a combination for very low prices. I recently purchased a good package for around $15. This was an optical mouse and your basic keyboard. The cordless options will cost you more and they are ideal if you don’t wants lots of wires all over the place. When you first buy a computer things can messy with all the wires coming from speakers and various other sources. This is where the cordless options for keyboards and mice can be beneficial. They have no wires and use laser sensors to recognise the hardware in a certain distance in the same room.

Shop around and be sure to check the auction sites such as eBay, you may be able to get an even better deal for a pre used combination package. There is no need if you are just after basic keyboard and mouse as you can obtain them for next to nothing these days.
