The HP OJ 6110. The middle range home user office jet, which packs some huge performance for the price.

I had one of these machines set up in my work place a few months back and was using it daily.

The great aspect of a machine like this is you get all the important functions in one unit.

The prints, scan, copy, and even the fax function. This machine can be used as a solo fax machine which is great for small offices, or if you plan to work for your self.

This would be ideal in a small office at home. Reliable, fast and gets the job done efficiently.

Printing quality is very good and copies are identical to the picture being copied.

Cartridges are easily installed and last a decent amount of time.

I think we got about 2000 pages before we had to replace the cartridges and the print heads. It is a good home office solution.

By using the automatic document feeder you can scan, fax, and copy multi-page documents! And the colour output of this hewlett packard machine is superb. Now for the installation guide for this unit. Same applies for most of the inkjet photo printer reviews They normally run by the same format of, installing via the cd, making sure anti virus is disabled, and then, plugging in the printer when requsted to do so from the install disc.

To install this hewlett packard printer use the following guide to do a correct installation.

Disable any anti virus software on your computer if you have any running.

This will be at the bottom right of your screen next to the clock on the system tray. If you don’t have any running, its safe to continue with the install.

Eject the cd tray and insert the hewlett packard software cd in to the cd tray.

Now follow the onscreen instructions. Normally the Hewlett Packard cd will run a test on your computer specification to make sure you meet the needs of the printer.

When asked to, insert the usb cable in, simply plug in the white cable to the back of your machine where it fits.

You will then be required to restart the pc, do so and once rebooted you are now ready to use the device.

I found this easy to install on the latest windows but had a problem on Windows 98. I restarted windows, despite this not being requested. Windows then recognized and installed the device drivers.

Over all, this hewlett packard product is good value for money. It is just like a mini version of a fully supped up laser jet, but aimed for the home user, as it’s still an ink jet.
