Hp LaserJet 5p is a low end monochrome printer with a moderate speed and high resolution. It is suitable for Home Users and for small workgroups.

It has a speed of 6ppm and a maximum resolution of 600 dpi. It comes with two input trays, one holding 100 sheets and the other 250 sheets.

Custom Paper size range varies from 3"X5" to 8.5"X14".

Infrared Port comes as a standard along with two parallel ports.

It comes with 2MB memory. The Printer comes with lots of resident fonts giving perfect text output. The printer supports 120 levels of gray. The Image quality is not the best and is not suitable for printing high quality images and complex graphics documents.

Printer Drivers are available for MAC and Windows Flavors from www.hp.com

The driver comes with a variety of features like multipage, watermark printing, and maximizing printer productivity.
