The Hp LaserJet 4000 is a fast, high resolution monochrome printer.

The printer has a speed of 17ppm and a maximum resolution of 600 dpi. The unit comes with 2 trays:- (1)100 Sheet Top Tray (2) 500 sheet bottom tray. Output comprises of :-( 1) 250 sheets top (2) 50 Sheets Rear.

The Paper Size support is vast and the custom paper size support ranges from 3"X5" to 8.5"X14". Many media types are supported.

This particular unit comes with a minimal 4MB as standard, expandable to 100MB to accommodate large complex documents. Parallel Port, RS232 comes as standard. There is optional Network connectivity available via jetdirect.

The printer comes with an optional Duplexing unit, useful in large offices.

Printer Drivers are available for Mac, Windows flavors from www.hp.com

The driver comes with rich features for booklet, multipage, watermark printing and scaling.

The Printer comes with optional paper sources to add on.
