This LaserJet is a multifunction peripheral (copier, printer, scanner) with high speed, resolution monochrome printing.

Maximum scan resolution of 9600X9600 exists.

It has a print speed of 15 PPM and a maximum resolution of 1200 DPI.

The unit comes with an input media capacity of 250 sheets and an output tray capacity of 125 sheets.

The printer comes with 8MB memory as standard, upgradeable to 72MB based on printing demands, and comes with USB/parallel port connectivity and options for network connectivity.

It prints text and B/W images neatly, but has problems giving satisfactory output with images exhibiting gradient effects.

Manual duplex option exists via the printer driver with additional support for booklet and multipage printing for effective paper usage.

The recommended monthly usage of 10,000 pages is high for a smaller office. Price coupled with quality and speed makes it an ideal choice for small office home use.
