Hp LaserJet 1160 1200 dpi 20 PPM Laser Printer

This unit is a high speed, high resolution monochrome printer suitable for a small business.

It has a speed of 20PPM and a monthly recommended range of 10000 pages. The maximum supported resolution is 1200 dpi effective as a result of resolution enhancement technology of HP.

The printer comes with 1 tray both standard and maximum, giving a total capacity of 250 sheets. It comes with a maximum output capacity of 125 sheets, both standard and maximum. The paper size and media type support is vast.

The unit comes with 16MB memory both standard and maximum. USB2.0 and parallel port connectivity comes as standard with optional connectivity via jetdirect and bluetooth.

The manual duplex option in the printer driver gives you effective paper usage.

This printer is not at all suitable to handle large print volumes, and provides no room for expansion in terms of memory. If you are going to print less complex documents at a limited scale, and don't intend to do unattended printing, go for it. The cost of the printer is high for the features it provides.
