Crashing term explained

Crashing – Crashing

Crashing refers to your computer not responding. For example if your computer locks up, freezes and does not respond. The computer has crashed. If you hold down CTRL ALT and DEL at the same time you will get an option to end corrupted programs. If this does not work then you will have to manually restart the computer.

If the computer has started crashing since you installed a certain piece of software, uninstall the software and see if the issue is still apparent. If the computer keeps crashing it may be a hardware issue, and I would recommend contacting the manufacture or vendor if this is the case.

Once you do manually restart the computer while it has crashed. The computer will reboot and run scandisk, it is best to leave this running incase there is any errors on the hard drive. If you do wish to exit this, in most cases pressing escape will continue with the booting process.
