Lots of good basic information on operating systems is also included. After reading this book you will be a lot more confident with your computer. You will not be as worried to try new things, as you will have a good idea on how to fix the computer. After reading this computer book guide, I landed my first technical job and progressed from there. Now still young and looking at other areas for work, such as web design etc. Normally people start off with technical support and decide which area they would like to pursue. They will find out if computers are for them or not. I may be harsh here but working in the computer industry is not easy and can be boring, some people enjoy it. Personally I have moved on and ventured to other areas, which don’t relate to fixing computers. I still work from home on my computer and use the computer to build websites, gather information on what I enjoy, and to do other great things, such as sharing ideas with the whole world via the Internet.
There are a lot of good computer books ranging from beginners to advanced on a variety of subjects such as hardware, software, security, networking, all sorts. You can browse lots of computer books on sites such as Amazon, and auction sites such as ebay. A good web-building book I read is called html for dummies. This book covers the basic html. I think all webmasters should know about. I believe you should at least have a good idea how to implement the html code, regardless of how you create websites.
