The browser is what you use to explore the Internet. Examples include Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator. Different browsers affect the appearance of a page a little differently. Some pages will look better in certain browsers.

The most commonly used browser is Internet Explorer, although there have been a lot of security issues with IE, so many people switch over to a different browser.

I use IE and don’t have any problems with it, however I always stay up to date with security patches and set certain settings for my personal preference.

Most browsers will do the required job, which is to surf the vast amount of pages on the Internet.
